This great mod vintage blue velvet coat was purchased at the Eugene, Oregon Bon Marche Russell's department store in the late 1960's.  The coat has side pockets, ivory satin lining and is double breasted. This is an easy coat to incorporate into any modern wardrobe and can be worn casually or in the evening.  Excellent condition.
